Practice Philosophy

Since many of our clients are businesses, and the individuals who run them, our practice is focused on providing them the best advice regarding contracts, business acquisition, business formation, collections and regulation.  Our view is that a collaborative approach with the clients works best:  Using the client’s business knowledge, along with our technical knowledge of the laws and regulations that govern Maryland’s businesses, tempered by years of experience, we can achieve the client’s business goals.  At times, this may mean advancing or defending litigation; we believe, however, that careful planning and construction of business entities and documents consistently reduces the likelihood of litigation.
